Server Management

These tabs are used for configuration, management and reporting of the server and its databases.

This tab accesses settings to configure and manage the server.

Reports Tab

Reports here only apply to the server.  To view additional reports, use the Site, Project, Group, or kiosk reports.

Tab Options

Server Event Log

Shows a list of all server events, including warnings, errors, stops, and restarts.

  • Start Date: Date to begin.
  • End Date: Date to end.
  • View Logs: Shows the report according to settings above.

Click an entry in the listing to view the related log.

Database Information Report

Shows the number of rows of data in each table of the database.  Click the Download CSV button to create a comma separated values file for saving the report data.

Duplicate Kiosk Report

Shows any kiosks in the database that have duplicate Site/kiosk/unit combinations.  Normally, this report will indicate that there are no duplicates (see image below) because KioWare Server settings do not allow duplicates to be entered.  It is a rarity, but if duplicates should exist (e.g., via direct changes to the KioWare Server database), then this report will show columns for Number of Occurrences, Site Name, Kiosk Name, and Unit Name.  Click the Download CSV button to create a comma separated values file for saving the report data.
