Status Overview
Groups of kiosks that may be experiencing a problem according to their status level: warning or error. Kiosk status level is automatically set by the remote monitoring feature of KioWare Server and can be modified on the Failure Alert Setup page. Hover your mouse Over a kiosk for details of what caused the status change. Double-click the kiosk to display the Kiosk Management menu for that kiosk.
KioWare Server Journal
Some companies like to be able to keep track of changes that were made in KioWare Server, so we created the journal feature. At every level (Site, Project, Group, kiosk) you will see a Journal link at the bottom left. This link is the KioWare Server Journal Entry feature. Entries can be added at every level and apply that that level respectively. When opening the journal, you will see a list of entries already made with the most recent on top. To view an entry, simply click on the icon to the right of it.
The next tab over allows you to create a new entry. The Mark as Public checkbox toggles whether other users in the console will be able to see the entry you create.
