Electronic Licensing does not work. |

- The most common problem with electronic licensing is a typo in either the Transaction # or the Authorization Code.
- Confirm that you have access to the Internet.
- Check that http://www.kioware.com is up. Electronic licensing requires this website to be working to function properly.
- If your firewall requires a proxy server, then make sure to check the Proxy checkbox
- Ensure your firewall is configured to enable SOAP messaging from our server.
- If all else fails, contact KioWare support at 877 843-4790 or support|kioware.com for help.
